In 300+ level courses it is presumed that the student has taken 202 (Intermediate) or been placed into the 300 level through the world languages placement exam, to ensure adequate communicative facility in the world language.
A native speaker may be exempt from taking FS-300A Advanced Spanish Conversation and Oral Discourse (3 cr.) upon consultation with the Chair of the Department. The student may substitute any FS-300+ course to fulfill the three credits.
Minimum grade of "C" Required for all Education courses.
Students must complete the appropriate test requirement(s) with a passing score PRIOR to Clinical Practice.
These courses are taken in addition to the General Education requirements. Courses taken in these areas that fulfill General Education requirements will not also fulfill the Interdisciplinary Requirements for the Major.
