The Leon Hess Business School, in partnership with Career Development at Monmouth University, offers a professional development requirement (for BM-490) designed to help students effectively prepare for internships, graduate school, and their chosen careers. This three-module course is designed to foster self-awareness, enhance professional skills, and equip students with the tools necessary for successful career planning and development, ultimately contributing to their readiness for the job market. By introducing key career competencies and planning tools, the course supports the Leon Hess Business School's strategic plan for student excellence (Theme 1).
